Frequently Asked Questions

✦ How often do you ship out orders?

I ship orders within 24-72 hours of the order being received everyday from Monday through Fridays, with the exception of any holidays or instances where I'm out of town. If an order takes longer than 1 month to arrive, please feel free to contact me!

✦ Do you accept returns or cancellations?

All sales are generally final; I do not accept returns (with very occasional exceptions). I only accept cancellations if requested before the order has been packaged and shipped out (within 1 day of having received the order).

✦ Can I change my address and other parts of my order?

Please feel free to reach out in this situation! However, if the order has already been shipped out, I would not be able to assist you in this case.

✦ Do you take commissions?

All of my commission information can be viewed here!

✦ Can you make me a custom item, like a charm?

As of this time, I do not take any custom orders for merchandise such as acrylic charms, I'm sorry!

✦ Will your prints have an alternative size?

All of my pieces are drawn with a certain sizing in mind. But if there's enough demand for other sizes, I'll consider it! Feel free to provide me with suggestions of what sizes you'd like to see. :)

✦ Can you sign the prints for me?

I'm happy to sign them - just let me know in the notes during checkout, and if you'd prefer the front or back side! I'll typically sign them in a corner with a gold or silver marker, depending on the print.

✦ My order arrived damaged - is there anything you can do?

Please send me an email (say0ranarts@gmail.com) with attached pictures of the damage, and I'll do my best to help out!

✦ I accidentally ordered with the wrong address and the order was returned to you. Can you ship the order to me again?

Please contact me if you're in this situation and I can arrange to reship as long as the package is returned to me with no issues! I would just require the shipping fee to be paid for again.

✦ I want to buy from your store, but it doesn't allow shipping to my country!

If you're one of the people affected by this, please send me an email! I may have to redirect you to purchasing from my Etsy instead. If my Etsy store doesn't have the same items or stock available, feel free to also include a list of the items you'd like and I'll send you a custom listing to purchase!

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

All parcels will include tracking; tracking numbers will be emailed to you once shipped.

Please note for international buyers: I'm not responsible for any VAT + customs/import fees that you may receive; please keep this mind and make sure your address is correct during checkout!

  • Approx. delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch

  • Default price: $11+
